Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Patient Care Tech Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 Duration : 8 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Local Contract Job Summary The Patient Care Technician plays a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in various healthcare settings. Duties Must have reliable transportation, will be floated to Vineland / Elmer if needed. The Patient Care Technician takes direction from the registered nurse. The main functions are to maintain a safe, clean environment in patient rooms and service areas, assists licensed personnel with basic patient needs and monitoring health and vital signs. Skills : Candidates should possess a diverse skill set that includes : High School graduate or equivalent is REQUIRED 2 years' experience as a CNA, CMA or PCT required in an ACUTE setting. Must have patient bedside experience, taking vitals etc. Certification / Licensure : CNA, PCT or CMA accepted. AHA BLS required.
