The Menzies Aviation Accounting Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of DEN fuel inventories for both individual suppliers and on a total basis. They will provide detailed inventory information to both suppliers and airlines in a timely and efficient manner.

What you will be doing :

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of fuel inventories, receipts, and transfers, with proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Analyze daily fuel system performance, including loss / gain tracking and supplier inventory reconciliation.
• Validate fuel ticket details against supplier forecasts and maintain strong customer service while handling transaction-related inquiries.
• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Perform system maintenance tasks, including daily backups and monthly report validation to ensure data integrity.
• Manage end-of-month processes, including clearing files and submitting final reports.
