Coen is seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead our store operations and deliver a Clean, Friendly, and In-Stock experience for every guest. The GM is accountable for overall store performance, including profitability, compliance, customer satisfaction, and team development. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and brand compliance
Drive profitability by managing expenses, optimizing sales, and controlling inventory
Recruit, train, and develop team members; provide coaching, feedback, and performance management
Ensure compliance with safety, food service, and regulatory standards
Analyze P&L statements, audits, and operational reports; implement action plans for improvement
Respond to and resolve customer issues while fostering a positive guest experience
Oversee labor management, scheduling, and cash control procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate / Bachelor’s preferred
3–5 years of leadership experience in retail, QSR, or convenience store management (24 / 7 environment preferred)
Strong financial, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays); average 60–65 hours / week
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required
ServSafe and A / B Operator certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
