EisnerAmper is seeking a full-time Front Desk and Hospitality Coordinator to be the face of our office and a key contributor in creating a welcoming, organized, and engaging environment for clients, guests, and team members.

As a member of our administrative operations team, this dynamic role blends front desk operations, catering coordination, and event support. It requires a strong service mindset, attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality.

Schedule : 40 hours per week / 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (1 hour lunch break)

As our Front Desk and Hospitality Coordinator , you will be responsible for :

Front Desk & Guest Experience

Greet and assist clients, guests, and employees with professionalism and warmth

Manage incoming calls and inquiries with a helpful, client-centric approach

Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

Catering & Office Services :

Oversee daily catering needs and manage vendor relationships

Schedule and prepare conference rooms, restock snacks / beverages, and manage room setups

Provide general administrative support : FedEx labels, invoice tracking, courier scheduling, etc.

Event Coordination :

Assist with planning and execution of firm-wide events including :

Holiday parties, baby showers, retirement celebrations

Monthly birthday and anniversary recognitions

Wellbeing Month, "Bring Your Child to Work Day," and more

Occasionally travel locally for events or catering pickups

Other Responsibilities

Become a notary public (training and cost covered) to assist with document needs

Act as a point-person for internal office questions and support

Basic Qualifications :

A high school diploma or GED is required

1+ years of hospitality or office administrative experience

Preferred candidates also have :

Experience working in a CPA or professional services firm

Friendly, professional demeanor with a sense of humor

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel

Calm under pressure with a positive attitude and creative problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. This position will consistently require your demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.

Ability to take direction from multiple sources, prioritize and reprioritize as necessary

Self-Motivated with a sense of urgency; detail-oriented, organized, and punctual

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Ability to lift 40 pounds

For Minnesota, the expected salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
