As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring that all customer needs are addressed professionally and efficiently. You’ll leverage your communication and problem-solving skills to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates as required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings to confidently assist customers.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications :
