AI & automation Drive innovation using LLMs, predictive analytics, and clinical decision support. Integrations Lead integration with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) via FHIR APIs. Team building Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team in U.S. and India. Process & compliance Build HIPAA compliant infrastructure, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and data security. Co-Founder role Be part of every strategic decision from fundraising to go-to-market. Hands-on full-stack engineering leader (710+ years) with proven experience in SaaS or healthtech. Strong background in AI / ML, data engineering, and cloud-native architecture . Experience with EHR systems, FHIR / HL7, or healthcare data standards is a big plus. Entrepreneurial DNA you want to build a company from zero to scale as a true co-founder (bonus if youve been a founder before). Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast in an early-stage environment. Passion for solving real-world healthcare problems with technology. Ownership & Salary : This is a true co-founder role with equal ownership ( ~30% equity ). A salary will begin once we raise capital. Opportunity to build from the ground up alongside repeat founder (Stanford alum, VC-backed track record, multi-sector experience). A massive global market healthcare workflow inefficiencies and staffing shortages are one of the biggest systemic challenges worldwide.
