We are a precision CNC machine shop based in Everett, Washington, specializing in tight-tolerance prototypes and complex parts for aerospace and other demanding industries. Our facility is AS9100-certified, clean, and well-equipped, and our small, high-performing team takes pride in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and quality.
We're looking for an experienced Lead CNC Machinist & Programmer to help expand capacity and elevate production. If you're a highly skilled machinist who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact, this is the role for you.
Job Description

- Program, set up, and operate complex CNC milling and turning jobs (3-, 4-, and 5-axis).

Work on prototype and low-volume parts that require creativity, precision, and adaptability.\n
Design fixtures, select tooling, and develop efficient machining strategies.\n
Inspect parts to tight aerospace-level tolerances and ensure first-article success.\n
Mentor and support junior machinists to help build technical depth within the team.\n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and shop efficiency.\n \n
Qualifications
\n
Expert-level CNC machining experience, able to work from drawing / CAD to finished part.\n
Proven success in tight-tolerance machining; aerospace or defense background strongly preferred.\n
Strong CAM programming skills using platforms such as NX, Mastercam, Fusion 360, or GibbsCAM (Siemens NX is a plus).\n
Deep understanding of fixturing, tooling, speeds / feeds, and prototype problem-solving.\n
Solid grasp of quality control standards, inspection tools, and best practices.\n
Self-directed, organized, and collaborative with strong communication skills.\n \n
