Job Description

• Ensure the security of guest rooms and their contents.
• Establish and delegate work assignments to Guest Room Attendants.
• Train and coach Guest Room Attendants on the proper methods and standards expected in cleaning guest            rooms.
• Perform inspections of rooms to ensure that company and departmental standards are consistently met.
• Update room status and complete requisite departmental paperwork.
• Notify housekeeping office of any repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Handle guest requests quickly and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
