Excellent opportunity to grow with a leading Well Site Geological Service Company. Geosteering is key and essential to all wells drilled by our customers. As a Geosteering Analyst, you will play a vital role in the interpretation of the E&P drilling process. You will be part of our high-performance operations team that works closely with our customers to achieve the goals of the well prior to and while drilling.
Requirements :
Education / Experience :
- B.S. or M.S. Geology or related field.
- Prior experience using Star Steer software preferred.
Geosteering Analyst Responsibilities / Requirements :
A professional history of impeccable client communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure during a high workload environment.Aptitude to work in a team environment while accepting the accountability of your individual work conduct.Capacity to perform multiple wellbore target changes on different projects in a timely manner while keeping your work accurate and on time.Provide exceptional technical advice to our clients on current and future projects.Geosteering Analyst Work Environment :
12-hour shifts.Night ShiftVarying workload changes over a day or week shift.Team environment.The position will be high stress during higher workload and short deadline periods.Technical :
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.Advanced computer skills with an emphasis in Excel.Complete understanding of well site drilling operations.Experience and knowledge in multiple basins.Professional :
