Shape the future of the JPMorgan Chase employee experience as a product designer, driving impact through our internal native app channel. As a Product Designer and Vice President in Employee Experience (EX) at JPMC, you will play a crucial role in transforming the global employee experience through our internal mobile channel. Your extensive experience as a senior individual contributor will be key in creating and delivering exceptional design work that aligns with employee needs and business requirements, while also enhancing the overall maturity of the Product Design practice across our design organization. Your ability to influence and develop Product Design strategy is essential in driving towards optimal outcomes. You will achieve this by demonstrating excellent collaboration across Product, Engineering, Accessibility, and Research, while maintaining a growth mindset and being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design / research strategies for complex projects and ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs across multiple product areas
• Diagram service flows and product features, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints as you lead end-to-end design initiatives within a specific domain
• Devise Product Design strategies that help translate long-term design vision into what can be delivered today while navigating complex tech stacks
• Champion consistency and a high level of UI / visual design craft across the mobile team, ensuring quality of delivery and raising standards
• Bring mobile design thinking and service thinking frameworks to all touchpoints across the employee experience
• Contribute to, champion, and help create standards and patterns featured in the Employee Experience Design System
• Role-model inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines, mentor junior designers and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into product development processes for seamless, customer-centric solutions
• Analyze market trends, gather feedback from user research, and learn from data insights to inform design decisions across platforms and channels
