Overall experience of about 14-20 years in Automotive / Industrial / Manufacturing industry in customer experience strategy consulting and transformation.
Should have worked on or been a part of large business transformation initiatives with respect to web content, portals, digital marketing, commerce, CRM and service.
Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales and Service processes in automotive and industrial equipment companies.
Execute breakthrough domain consulting engagements. Support in entire sales cycle - business development, proposal development, pre-sales etc
Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC / solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers
Publish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums (technology)
Experience in working with key technologies ( Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce, SAP, Pega, Oracle, MS Dynamics 365) in sales, CRM, marketing and service areas
Experience in web content management, commerce, CRM, Marketing and Service initiatives
Experience in consulting and transformation engagements
Knowledge of various content management, Marketing and CRM technologies
