Description :

Must have active certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.

One year of experience required, with 1 year of Epic experience mandatory.

Weekend coverage is required as part of the role.

Traveling staff must float to other units based on staffing needs.

Staff will float only to units they are qualified for.

All competencies must be documented.

The patient population includes adults and geriatrics.

Daily patient census ranges from 20 to 30.

The unit has 29 beds.

Integration with interdisciplinary support teams is in place.

Common patient diagnoses include respiratory failure, COPD, and sepsis.

Special procedures and advanced equipment utilization may be required.

Travelers must meet distance criteria to be eligible for the position.

Modules are required prior to starting the assignment and are billable hours.

Compliance with floating requirements is mandatory for all traveling staff.
