Schedule
Shifts : 8 : 00–4 : 30, 8 : 30–5 : 00, or 9 : 30–6 : 00Overtime available, but not requiredWhat You'll Do
Field 50+ calls daily from members & providers regarding healthcare / benefit plansResolve benefit questions with professionalism and accuracyResearch claims, educate callers on solutions, and serve as a trusted resourceDeliver high-quality service while maintaining productivity standardsWhat We're Looking For
Must have : Either call center / high-volume customer service experience OR a healthcare background (both is a huge plus!)Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make inferences when all info isn't availableResilience and professionalismAbility to handle feedback and continuously improveAdditional Details
