Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner in Cordele, GA for an Employee Wellness Clinic! This position offers a light patient load, with a focus on primary care and some light occupational medicine.

Here are the key details :

• Schedule : 12 hours a week (Mondays 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Thursdays 8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM)
• Coverage : ASAP - end of the year!
• EMR System : EPIC
• Patient Volume : Approximately 5 patients per day
• Certifications Required : Board Certified
• State Licensure : GA
