Job Overview :

ArborWorks is seeking Trimmer (Climber) candidates at all experience levels. As a Trimmer, you will be responsible for tree maintenance, line clearance, and vegetation management in various environments. Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may enter at one of the following levels :

Trimmer 1 (Entry-Level / Trainee Start)

Ideal for those with foundational tree climbing experience who are eager to develop their skills in a structured training program.

• Assist climbers and bucket operators from the ground.
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other tree maintenance equipment.
• Learn climbing techniques, rope rigging, and safety protocols.
• Conduct pre-climb tree inspections under supervision.
• Work toward completion of the Line Clearance Qualification Program (LCQP).

Trimmer 2 (6-12 Months Experience)

Suited for candidates with at least six months of climbing and line clearance experience.

Trimmer 3 (12+ Months Experience)

For experienced climbers with advanced line clearance skills and certifications.
