Engineering Project Management Manager-Level 5
You will be an Engineering Project Management Senior Staff on the F-22 Line of Business Engineering (LoBE) team. You will be the Technical Lead of the F-22 Capability Development team. What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for developing, coordinating planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of modernization and sustainment projects for the F-22 program. Selected candidate will direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of F-22 engineering projects. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition / disciplinary actions. Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. Coordinates the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects with internal and external partners and customers. Responsible for data analytic efforts and generating program metrics. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
