Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 5, Food to lead our dining operations at Standifer Place located Chattanooga, Tennessee, a large skilled care facility serving approximately 400 residents. This role requires a strong, communicative leader with the ability to develop and grow a team while ensuring high-quality food service.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily food service operations, trayline service;
• Lead and manage a team of three managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to drive operational success and meet business goals.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in skilled care food service.
• Implement Sodexo systems and programs.
• Continuously evaluate service to ensure resident and client satisfaction.
• Drive employee engagement and resident satisfaction through strong leadership skills.
• Integrate fully within our client's organization and be a trusted advisor with a customer service focus.
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
• Create a positive environment and ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
