Private School Therapist Supervision Toward Licensure

Work as part of a collaborative team delivering evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, intervention, treatment, case management, and recovery support to students with mental health or co-occurring substance use needs, as well as students at high risk. Support student safety, wellbeing, and academic success in partnership with families, school staff, and community providers.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Deliver Tier 2 interventions (prevention, crisis management, and short-term support).
• Provide Tier 3 treatment (individual and family therapy).
• Coordinate care and advocate for students across providers and systems.
• Support recovery through outcome monitoring and stability planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reports.
• Actively participate in school-based and district teams.
• Qualifications
• Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Must be, or willing to become, a registered intern.
• Free supervision toward licensure provided by DATA.
• Experience providing behavioral health services to children / adolescents.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
