Patient Services Representative
Sandy, UT 84070 | $22 / hour | Temp-to-Hire | Hybrid after 4.5 months
Are you passionate about helping others understand and access their benefits? We’re looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team and provide compassionate, knowledgeable support to members navigating their healthcare and insurance needs. This role combines customer service, problem-solving, and benefits coordination to ensure members receive the guidance they need.
What We Offer
$22 per hour, paid weekly
Fully paid training (6–8 weeks, starting November 3, 2025)
Onsite for the first 4.5 months, then transition to hybrid schedule

What You’ll Do
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
Assist with benefits-related questions, including insurance coverage, claims, eligibility, and pharmacy concerns
Verify benefits, explain coverage clearly, and help members navigate available resources
Troubleshoot and resolve member issues while ensuring accurate documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless member experiences
Maintain HIPAA compliance and handle sensitive information with care
What We’re Looking For
Background in healthcare, benefits, or medical customer service required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex benefit details simply
Experience handling confidential information with professionalism
Degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred
Commitment to completing 6–8 weeks of paid training with 100% attendance
