Sanitation Operation Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated individual to join our organization as a Sanitation Operation Superintendent. As the Sanitation Operation Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the sanitation operations at our facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations, implementing efficient sanitation practices, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanitation management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of industry best practices. Superintendents work closely with the Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager in achieving objectives.

Responsibilities :

Sanitation Operations Management :

• Develop and implement comprehensive sanitation protocols, procedures, and guidelines to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
• Oversee and manage daily sanitation activities, including cleaning, disinfection, waste management, and pest control, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess sanitation conditions, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production and quality assurance, to develop and implement effective sanitation schedules that minimize disruptions to operations.
• Maintain an inventory of sanitation supplies, equipment, and chemicals, ensuring their availability and proper storage.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sanitation staff, including training, performance evaluation, and coaching, to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to sanitation protocols.
