Mental Health Specialist / Aide

Diamond Grove Center is searching for qualified individuals that would like to pursue a career as a Mental Health Specialist / Aide. These positions will vary from fulltime to PRN.

Diamond Grove Center is a 61 bed, behavioral psychiatric hospital located in the beautiful neighborhood of Louisville, Miss. Diamond Grove Center features individual units for children, adolescents, and offers inpatient care acute care, as well as residential treatment for adolescents. On average 1000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Diamond Grove Center Hospital. As a Mental Health Specialist / Aide you will help provide the best quality of care to our patients that are admitted to Diamond Grove Center. Also, as a Mental Health Specialist / Aide you will facilitate the patients to Diamond Grove Center, balancing the patient's comfort and ease within the organization's operating needs. An ability to establish therapeutic rapport and verbally de-escalate patients in crisis are skills that will help make you successful in this role.

2. Aide Experience preferred, not required.

3. 2 or more years experience preferred, but not required.
