Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, text, and email
Qualify leads using defined intake criteria and educate families about services
Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet weekly outreach and qualification quotas
Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales, outreach, or call center experience in a performance-driven role
Comfort operating across multiple systems (CRM, texting platforms, VOIP)
Spanish / English bilingual strongly preferred
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or education preferred
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
