CSC ServiceWorks Account Manager
Primary responsibility for managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized strategic client accounts virtually, building strong customer relationships, driving account performance through data and insights, and identifying growth and retention opportunities.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze client performance data to identify sales opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct regular business reviews and engage in proactive outreach to strengthen client relationships and support retention efforts.
- Structure and negotiate contract renewals and lease agreements, aligning terms with forecasted client needs.
- Monitor market and industry trends; share insights with internal teams to inform sales strategy.
- Develop plans for future customer investments, including equipment upgrades or program expansion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data within CRM systems.
- Support pricing strategy and deal structuring aligned with revenue and margin goals.
- Collaborate across sales, customer service, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experience.
- Handle client escalations and coordinate resolution efforts with leadership.
- Contribute to training new Account Managers as needed.
- Assist with overflow customer service and administrative needs related to assigned accounts.
- Manage and resolve account-related case items and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent; and 3-5 years business-to-business sales and prospecting experience.At least 3 years direct business development or account management experience in B2B and / or B2C environments preferred.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.Ability to retain and grow accounts through a solutions-focused approach.High comfort level presenting to and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on client advocacy and value delivery.Skilled in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, and basic financial modeling.Ability to balance short-term problem-solving with long-term strategic thinking.CSC ServiceWorks is an equal opportunity employer.
