As a Strategic Ecosystem Lead, you'll play a critical role in how Aircall scales and succeeds with its most strategic technology partners. This cross-functional role is part program manager, part operator, and part strategic orchestrator, ensuring company-wide initiatives run efficiently, deliver impact, and stay aligned with broader business goals. You'll sit at the intersection of GTM, Product, and Operations teams, helping drive structure, clarity, and velocity across regional and global initiatives tied to our Tier 1 ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive alignment and execution across teams to support key partnership initiatives
• Remove roadblocks, clarify priorities, and ensure initiatives land with impact
• Build the processes and infrastructure needed to scale execution across regions
• Coordinate with Product, GTM, and Ops teams to connect strategic vision to day-to-day delivery
• Report progress to leadership, linking outcomes to measurable business value

What Success Looks Like :

Qualifications :

$130,000 - $147,000 a year. This base range is not including a quarterly bonus, equity, and other benefits. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
