- Active RN license in your state\n
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program\n
- Previous experience in Home Health nursing is required\n
- Familiarity with OASIS and its requirements\n
- Minimum of one year of RN experience demonstrating clinical competence in patient care\n
- Valid driver's license and ability to spend 20% of your day driving to patient locations\n
- Strong commitment to meeting critical care documentation deadlines\n
- Ability to manage your schedule effectively\n
