• Active RN license in your state\n
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program\n
• Previous experience in Home Health nursing is required\n
• Familiarity with OASIS and its requirements\n
• Minimum of one year of RN experience demonstrating clinical competence in patient care\n
• Valid driver's license and ability to spend 20% of your day driving to patient locations\n
• Strong commitment to meeting critical care documentation deadlines\n
• Ability to manage your schedule effectively\n
