Location : Miami, FL

Salary : $150,000 – $175,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, and field personnel.
• Manage project schedules, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Interpret and enforce plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication with project managers, clients, and trade partners.
• Lead site meetings and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Foster a positive, professional jobsite environment that reflects company values.
