Project Manager Healthcare

Take full ownership of a $40M healthcare project from start to finish.

Manage schedule, budget, subcontractors, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.

Lead project meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and local codes.

The successful applicant will have :

• 5-10+ years of project management experience with healthcare construction.
• Experience with interior conversions, ERs, or clinical facilities strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
