Roles & Responsibilities

Expertise in SFDC Development and support using Apex, Lightning.

  • Be Technical guide and help offshore delivery team with daily interaction to ensure timely progress and solution delivery to the client.
  • Experienced with Service Cloud Features and Sales Clouds order management.
  • Should have excellent knowledge on salesforce configuration, customization, integration, data migration / data load, deployment and classic to lightning migration
  • Good to have experience with Community Cloud.
  • Track and resolve incidents received / raised in Service now.
  • Deliver automation of daily / repeated activities for incident reduction
  • Can generate reports from Service Now
