Advanced Family Counselor Services is currently seeking experienced LCADC / substance addiction counselors who

can handled the daily tasks listed below.

The Job Description For LCADC Consists Of The Typical Daily Tasks Listed Below :

• MUST HAVE A VALID NEW JERSEY "SUBSTANCE ADDICTION COUNSELOR" LICENSE.
• Meet with clients to assess their substance issues
• Write treatment and recovery plans :
• Identify recovery interference situations
• Educate clients on coping mechanisms
• Conduct group therapy sessions for patients :
• Conduct group therapy sessions for patients :
• Track and analyze patient recovery progression :
• Help clients plan for discharge from facilities :
• Communicate with clients and family members
• Craft patient crisis management plans :
• Intervene during emergency situations :
• Work with clients to find or maintain employment :

Please Note : The daily tasks of a LCADC / substance abuse counselor can vary depending on the current / active work

load status of the agency.
