POSITION FUNCTION / OVERVIEW : The Human Resource Generalist assists the Human Resources Director, Human Resource Assistance and Safety and Environmental Manager with HR and Safety related activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS :
This position involves substantial contact with internal and external suppliers and customers. The incumbent has frequent contact with employees on a daily basis.
REQUIREMENTS :
This position requires advanced administrative skills and requires knowledge of company practices.
EDUCATION :
Associate degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or similar field of study.
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum of two years of experience in an office environment.
