A company is looking for a Senior CRM Manager (Retention).
Key Responsibilities
Generate hypotheses based on analytical data and customer journey maps
Launch experiments using various CRM and on-product channels
Take ownership of CRM initiatives to increase retention and prevent churn
Required Qualifications
Experience with CRM / CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, and BI systems
Understanding of main CRM metrics such as retention rate and churn rate
High level of knowledge in key business metrics like revenue and LTV
Strong command of both Russian and English
Experience with SQL is a plus
