Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Lead will help lead recruitment efforts for Liberty’s staffing requirements and partner with assigned regional leadership to ensure recruitment needs are met. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will assist with monitoring and measuring recruitment quality, driving sourcing strategies and ensure excellent candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Lead will provide guidance and support to the recruiting team, mentoring on best practices and support the execution of talent acquisition initiatives that align with organization goals.

Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning to pre-boarding.
  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to forecast talent needs and define role requirements.
  • Partner with TA Manager to develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, indeed, job boards, events, referrals, etc.).
  • Become a trusted mentor to recruitment team members, supporting performance, development, and delivery of hiring goals.
  • Function as a SME on all ATS inquiries from our BU partners.
  • Assist TA Manager with building and promoting a compelling employer brand through digital & physical campaigns, partnerships, and candidate engagement.
  • Utilize data and metrics to evaluate and improve recruitment performance (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).
  • Lead efforts to deliver a seamless, inclusive, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Serve as a liaison between our HRIS & Talent Acquisition Teams.
  • Stay informed on market trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws, hiring regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist in training hiring managers on TA process and systems.
  • Operate a company or personal vehicle to travel to various locations for work purposes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You Need for Success :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

    Salary Range $41.00 / HR - $43.50 / HR
