About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to investigate, negotiate, evaluate, and appraise vehicle damage claims within defined guidelines and framework. This role requires exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a proactive approach to delivering member service.

Key Responsibilities :

Investigate and evaluate vehicle damage claims

Negotiate with claimants to reach mutually beneficial agreements

Provide proactive communications, advice, and empathy to members

Maintain accurate estimates in compliance with state laws and regulations
