We are a full-service company that designs, installs, repairs, services and inspects a variety of fire suppression systems. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Sales / Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience in Construction sales and estimating with some expertise in either fire alarm fire sprinkler , or similar industry. A strong background in estimating, prospecting, and closing deals is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Estimate and bid on new opportunities for fire alarm and / or fire sprinkler services (service, inspections, tenant improvements, and / or new construction).
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive new and recurring business.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present professional proposals to clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
• Track sales activities and manage pipeline using Salesforce CRM and other prospecting tools.
