job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFollow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on a predetermined substrate or medium Prepare substrates for vinyl application (cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc.) Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images; techniques vary by size, vinyl type, and complexity Operate and maintain printer(s) Perform quality assurance before and after production by reading Work Orders and proofreading for errors Perform finishing operations such as laminating and / or mounting of printed pieces Report inventory levels and stock to the center manager / production manager or franchisee Clean and maintain storage area Sign installers must be able to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work at heights Ensure signs are installed correctly with attention to detail Install and maintain various types of signs, including storefront signs, banners, vehicle wraps, and more High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for long periods (4 hours or more) Ability to lift 50+ pounds Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back-and-forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work Ability to use lightweight power equipment Full-time Entry level
