The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects online Advertising tutors with thousands of students nationwide. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—from home.

Why Join Our Platform?

  • Base contract rates start at $18 / hour and increase for specialized subjects. You can earn up to $40 / hour with the same student over time.
  • Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice.
  • Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
  • Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.
  • Be matched with students best suited to your teaching style and expertise.

What We Look For In a Tutor

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
  • Expertise in Advertising and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
  • Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
  • Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.
