Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities :

Generate timely and accurate customer invoices on a weekly and monthly basis

Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records and aging reports

Verify invoice documentation and ensure proper payment application

Monitor incoming payments and reconcile AR ledger with the general ledger

Resolve discrepancies between payments and invoices

Respond to customer billing inquiries with professionalism and accuracy

Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries

Post invoices using Dynamics 365

Develop and analyze reports related to AR activity

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Upload and email invoices to customers as needed

Review invoices for accuracy and completeness

Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role

Strong communication and customer service skills

High attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar accounting software
