Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Small Business Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain and grow a portfolio of small business clients, provide excellent customer service, and ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for small business clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Prepare insurance quotes, proposals, and renewal documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance client experience.
• Monitor policy renewals and proactively engage with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market developments.
• Drive growth and retention through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Maintain and update client information in the agency management system.
