Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance Automation Engineer looking for your next big challenge? Look no further!

Our client, a leading company, is seeking a highly skilled Expert / Principal Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to steer the strategic direction of our quality assurance processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a QAE team, mentor junior engineers, and oversee large-scale projects to ensure the highest quality standards for our products.

Contract Length : Until 8 / 31 / 2025, with a possibility for extension.

Job Title : Quality Assurance Lead

Location : Remote, with preference for MN candidates.

What you'll be doing...

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive Quality Assurance Engineering (QAE) strategy.
  • Managing the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Driving strategy around Test Data Management (TDM) solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QAE processes.
  • Supporting UiPath based Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovations.
  • Leading and mentoring quality engineers, providing guidance and support in the form of code reviews.
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices in automation and working with management to incorporate them into the team's practices.
  • Supporting shift left strategy for testing methodologies (API, Database, Unit Testing).
  • Working with cloud-based technology and infrastructure (Azure and AWS).
  • Driving process improvement in SAP around test automation.

The right person has...

  • 7+ years of experience in quality assurance and automation, with a proven track record of leading automation strategy and implementing frameworks.
  • Expertise in test automation infrastructure and Selenium.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Azure DevOps, including Work Items, Pipelines, Releases, and Test Plans.
  • Experience with various languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, Angular, and databases such as Oracle, MS-SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL etc.
  • Expertise in API Testing.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with cloud-based testing environments and tools.
  • Experience in working with SAP is a plus.
