Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex water / wastewater treatment and heavy civil infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a proven construction leader who can take ownership of projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership to project teams, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in driving both operational excellence and long-term company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams, setting clear vision, goals, and accountability.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier coordination, contract administration, and project documentation.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and review submittals for compliance.
• Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to maintain three-week lookahead schedules and ensure field execution aligns with project plans.
• Monitor and control project costs, cash flow, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, engineers, and inspectors.
• Promote a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement.
