Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, 13-week home health contract in Marion, IN. In this role, youll provide personalized, in-home care that makes a meaningful difference in patients lives. As part of a respected nationwide staffing agency, youll join a team committed to delivering high-quality, professional nursing care while supporting patients health and well-being in their own homes.

Position Details :

  • Duration : 13-week contract with possibility of extension upon successful completion.
  • Type : Full-time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - 32 hours per week guaranteed
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, with occasional weekends and on-call duty (typically one weekend per month).
  • Location : Marion, IN , and surrounding areas
  • Compensation : Hourly rate negotiable based on experience and territory budget; paid hourly - not by visit; blended pay packages available for travelers; weekly pay
  • Productivity : 25 per week
  • Mileage : 48c mileage reimbursement visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
  • Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, and 401k options available after 90 days.

Requirements :

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Indiana.
  • Must be proficient in Oasis and Homecare Homebase.
  • Minimum of 1 year of home health experience, including proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase.
  • Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care delivery.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer.

    • Job Duties :

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions utilizing Oasis and Homecare Homebase software, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide skilled nursing interventions, including wound care, medication management, and IV therapy, while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
  • Monitor patient progress closely, evaluating response to treatment and adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and promote well-being.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication administration, and symptom recognition, empowering them to actively participate in their care and promote self-management.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions, adhering to agency policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions with patients and their families, cultivating a supportive and therapeutic environment.
