Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 20252026 school year in Marksville, LA, serving a K-12 student population. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language services across a district-wide, itinerant caseload.
Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders for 6080 students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. The position requires collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that support student progress. The SLP will conduct assessments, provide direct therapy services, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
