Job Description

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :

The main duties of this role will cover the following main functions and responsibilities :

Within a team basis, this position will provide Team Leader support for all project-based production requirements at the Lincoln, NE site, pertaining to build process of rPDUs and / or associated products.

The role will encompass the following duties :

• Assemble materials / sub-assemblies in accordance with the schedule, specifications and quality requirements.
• Follow instructions assigned by the supervisor, engineers & managers.
• Follow procedures in accordance with the Quality System.
• Support operators as necessary to keep product moving through the work cell.
• Accurately report production information to supervisors and managers.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Regular maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshooting defective products and errors.
• Regular stock inventories
• Management of inventory
• Operator training.
• Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Safety hazard identification and elimination.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Undertake other duties as requested
