Position Highlights : Location : Salinas, California Schedule : 24-hour in-house shifts (full-time, permanent role) Level III NICU Team-based care with MFM and pediatric subspecialist support ️ Manage labor / delivery, triage, OB emergencies, surgeries, fetal monitoring Low-volume community OB support = more focused, patient-centered care No locums or visa sponsorship Requirements : Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years) in OB-GYN Active CA medical license (or in process) OB Hospitalist experience preferred Clean malpractice and license history strongly preferred Must live locally or be willing to relocate DEA license required before start Compensation & Benefits : Base Salary : $372,300 annually CME Allowance : $4,500 Insurance : Medical, Dental, Vision Prescription 401K Profit Sharing 8 Weeks Paid Parental Leave Short & Long-Term Disability Life Insurance, Identity Theft Protection & More Teledoc access, Employee Perks Program, EAP Relocation support available Why Salinas, CA?
