Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Underwriting Services Associate to join our Underwriting Services Team. This entry-level role plays a critical part in supporting the underwriting process across various lines of business. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a team environment, and demonstrates a strong commitment to data accuracy and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter underwriting data into internal systems for both new and renewal business.
• Assist with premium allocation and invoicing tasks.
• Issue policy documentation including policies, endorsements, and cancellations in accordance with service standards.
• Perform final policy checks and ensure premium data is accurately recorded.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned by the Underwriting Services Team Leader.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members, as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 , complemented by eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
