J ob Description :

As a Floral Designer you will be responsible for designing and fashioning fresh floral arrangements for various occasions. You will plan arrangements according to customers' requirements and artfully select the appropriate florals for arrangements.

Qualified Candidates :

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a professional floral designer at a retail flower shop within the past 5 years.
• Have a solid understanding of flower types, color theory, arrangement styles, and design techniques.
• Have a strong artistic ability with a keen eye for design and an understanding of current floral trends.
• Have the ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes of flowers, work within tight deadlines, and perform tasks that require dexterity and attention to detail.

• must be willing to complete a bench test as part of the interview process.
