About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead, scale, and inspire our growing sales organization in the office furniture and ergonomic solutions sector. The ideal candidate is an accomplished leader with a proven record of driving revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and building lasting client relationships. You will define VersaDesk’s sales strategy, expand our market presence, and ensure consistent, measurable growth across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share within the office furniture and ergonomic solutions industry.
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and enterprise-level accounts.
Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and performance analytics using HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align initiatives for consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.
Present performance insights, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in senior or executive sales leadership, ideally in office furniture, interiors, or other B2B industries.
Verifiable track record of success in driving revenue, leading high-performing teams, and building long-term client relationships.
Proven record of exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue across multiple channels.
Expertise in CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and lead high-performing sales teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable business plans.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
