About the role :

As the Flint Valley Leadership Development (LD) Manager, you will help create an engaging, challenging, and Biblically based program for 10th through 12th graders that facilitates their development into Christlike leaders. You will work closely with your Frontier Cove counterpart to ensure program excellence and comparable experiences across sites. As part of the Summer Programs Team, you will recruit, hire, train, and supervise teenage and college students to passionately proclaim the Gospel to our campers and help implement our programs. You will have the opportunity to take part in the life change that happens in both campers and summer staff each year as God works through the program, Bible studies, and ministry.
