Wanted : Experienced Commercial Construction Manager with a strong understanding of data center construction management or in mission-critical operations to join our team at our Atlanta, GA location.

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Manager to lead critical initiatives within our operational data center facilities. This role will oversee retrofits, upgrades, expansions, and other key infrastructure improvementsall while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of safety and quality.

Job Details

What Youll Do

• Drive safety oversight, ensuring contractor compliance and conducting job walks, audits, and regular reporting.
• Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders - coordinating across operations, design, engineering, contractors, and vendors.
• Provide construction oversight, supervising on-site activities, and resolving issues quickly.
• Ensure seamless operational integration, aligning with MOPs, SOPs, and minimizing downtime during work.
• Manage risk and safety, proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Oversee budget and cost control, reviewing invoices, change orders, and ensuring financial discipline.
• Apply technical expertise to guide installation and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and network infrastructure.

What You Bring

Education : Bachelors in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
