Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C. (SDV) is a premier law firm dedicated exclusively to representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. With offices in California, Connecticut, and Florida , we are seeking experienced Associate Attorneys (2-4 years) to join our rapidly growing team. This position may be based in any of our offices : California, Connecticut, or Florida.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in :

  • Litigating complex insurance coverage matters
  • Analyzing and drafting insurance policy language
  • Providing strategic insurance coverage opinions

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active admission to the California, Connecticut, or Florida Bar
  • Substantial litigation experience in state and / or federal court, including pleadings, depositions, and motion practice
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Commitment to client service and professional excellence

  • Competitive compensation : $150,000 – $170,000 annually, commensurate with experience
